Sorry there's no global conspiracy. It's just nature and genetics on a global level playing out.

God sent us Hitler to take care of a couple problems and then AIDS to take care of a couple other problems and all we did was do everything we could to get in the way and as far as Jesus coming back, he has probably blocked us by now.

It’s actually the opposite.

Genetic research indicates that our ancestors 3000 years ago would have had higher IQs than we do today. But we’ve been getting progressively dumber as a race for a variety of possible reasons, including the advent of farming and mutations.
