e-reader that can manage .cbz?

I'm a bit confused about all those e-readers since it seems a lot seem limited to their own store only (?)

is there an e-reader that is user friendly to read comics (.cbz) that you can just drag-drop or do you come down to a tablet then?

have no experience with any of this chit
