If someone doesn’t have car insurance

There’s literally nothing you can do to get compensation if they don’t feel like paying you

You can sue them civilly. But if they aint got it, they aint got it.

If you're smart you have uninsured motorist on your own insurance policy. So worse case scenario you are only out your deductible.

If they have money and you have insurance... Your insurance company will pay you out minus deductible and demand payment from them. If they do not pay they will be sued
This is only if they have money/assets/etc
When the insurance company collects they will refund your deductible
If no hope they will not bother with the lawsuit

In my state you legally do not need insurance but if you do not pay out for an accident they will pull your license until you do

They can be sued but that doesn’t mean they’ll pay up

Losing your license is anything but a slap on the wrist if someone does 10’s of thousands in damage

Better get in that beater car time soyo

If your worried about it, you can add a policy on your insurance for that (basically pay their insurance premium since they won't do it, if you think about it)

Police in my area need to start taking down drivers who aren't driving with proper tags or insurance. So many cars without tags or some bullchit tag that's 90% covered by a strategically empty bicycle rack. You know those motherfukers will kill someone in a wreck they cause and just drive off or run off
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

so what if they get pulled over for no tags? They’ll just take the ticket and keep driving

Lol what? Driving is a privilege, not a right. You get pulled over for not having a license or tag, you think the officer has to let you drive off without a license/tag? Yes, they absolutely can impound your car.

Yeah its nuts where I live. It's because criminals know police stopped caring about it

It's the "gateway" crime that enables criminals to drive off from crime scenes without being tracked

Your house got broken into and you've got crystal clear footage of the car? Would be great, but the tags are fake. Too bad, the police will never catch them.

Locking down on this is such an easy way to help overall crime, but the police have been cornered into not caring about it

Either he's trolling or that's actually the dumbest post I've seen all year. Brb rob a bank and get pulled over on the way home. "Sorry officer, you've got to let me go free, you can't get in the way between me and my car"

Depends brah

What did they get their license revoked for?

Are they a hardcore violent criminal or because they didn’t pay off traffic fines with no victim at hand

Most people drive for work and not leisurely so if you take away their car they won’t be able to make a living either way so it’s just making the problem worst

At the end of the day it’s just a car
