Parachutebrah was most likely there to do a demo. He was moving that fast because he was a highly experienced jumper using a small parachute. The smaller your chute, the faster you go. It needs to be coordinated, people need to keep others out of the way of his landing. It’s extremely dangerous to change you’re last directional heading when you’re low to the ground
