Evicted from my apartment (again)

I have been evicted from my apartment yet again. No reason was given.

This makes 109 apartments I have been evicted from. Various states all over the country.

I never do anything wrong ever, so I'm just wondering what could randomly make me be evicted from 109 different apartment complexes?

They aren't in contact and this has happened over an extended period of time.

I am just so unlucky I guess because this is not my fault.

As a landlord myself, I can assure you that No landlord is going to evict you if you pay on time and keep the place nice. So either you are a slob or broke bro.

Actually getting close to evicting my tenants. They are lazy and don't do any cleaning. Giving them a month to clean up and hire a weekly cleaning service. Then I'm gonna do a walk through and give them a 30 day notice if it's not up to par. I'd be surprised if they turn things around but hope they do. Going through the process of finding new tenants sucks.
