Pressure and stress accelerante you to become as you are destined

They say pressure turn rocks into diamonds, alluding to the idea that pressure and stress will mold you into a better version of yourself. Well not always. If you get burnt out by pressure and stress you become a fukn lump of coal.

Ive seen this happen to more men than not. Pressure, stress, responsibility. It kills them inside. They turn to drugs, alcohol, poor diet, bad habits. They age fast, become weak and sick and live a miserable existence. Always being a victim.

Whats the real difference between people who make something of themselves, live a healthy and happy live versus the ladder? Its not luck, its not circumstance, its just what is within you from birth. Either you go through adversity and come out stronger or you break down little by little. You'll see the extreme version of the "successful guy". Came from nothing, chit family, chit environments, but becomes a savage, becomes something. The type of person who says "I did it bro, wtf cant you"? The ol boot strap mentality. Truth is most people just don't have it in them. And every setback and every disadvantage just breaks them down more and more.

Some people take a little longer to polish up or alternatively, break down. For some people it happens quicker. Thing is that was always their destiny, the accelerant is exposure to pressure and stress.

Why do some people let things ruin them and others it catapults them to something better. The divorce, death of loved ones, whatever the traumatic event may be. Why does it break some people but make winners of others?

Most people are just fuked and it doesn't matter what they do. All the self help and motivational gurus know this.

There's really just two types of people. Those who break and those who don't. And it's in you from birth. Its all genetics at the end of the day.

Its a tough pill to swallow for many but some people really just are better than others.
