Sick and tired of EVERY ad in Canada having to feature a black guy
Scrolling instagram and every ad for every product is Tyrone. These are all either Canadian companies or Canadian versions of websites.
Canada is like 3% black. You’d think I lived in Nigeria. Even there, I bet they use the occasional White model.
And there’s a ton of chit black people don’t even buy, like Eddie Bauer clothing and hiking boots. WTF does the dude need to be African for?! Why can’t the models look like the people who actually live here.

Plenty of Koreans, though. Trying to embrace that Canadian wilderness lifestyle, no idea how to blow up an air mattress, or start a fire, or cook a hotdog, or blow up a raft. I've helped may an Asian family at campgrounds, trying to communicate with the mother who speaks 5 words of English, using basically sign language, watching their faces light up as they see flames taking to the wood. Pretty amusing, actually. Tried to teach them how to shotgun a beer but they weren't interested.
