You gotta be some kind of stupid to not be inside a cage using the safeties . Gymcel manlets,when will they learn.

Btw some of the worst spotters ever . Like each guy take a side , there’s F all your going to do behind a guy except restrict him from dumping it if he runs into trouble

Don't stop squatting because of stupid peoples accidents. Know how much you can push, dont ego lift, squat in a cage and you'll be fine.
