Iran is testing nukes underground near Herat SRS

This is the third earthquake in Herat Afghanistan. If you don't know, Herat is near the border of Iran and is the desert part of Iran. Probably the land area Iran gives the least **** about.
The first one was last week, followed by another one, and a third one today. All of them are somehow 6.3 on the richter scale.
