LMAO

Do they know they aren't allowed to fire her after she tanks the team next season? Sh*t they might be on the hook for hiring her now that the media has gotten hold of the fact she was interviewed.

Pretty sure they have to. It's like the rule the NFL came up with a few years ago where teams HAVE TO interview blacks for coaching positions. They put in place internal goals to hire at least a certain amount of women, non-whites, gays, etc.

No word yet on whether the NFL will make it so teams HAVE TO play white cornerbacks.

Most people have this backward. It's true they don't do much during the game the way you see coaches of other sports needing to make decisions. Baseball managers do matter though, it's just a lot of the work they do happens prior to the game. Knowing who to start and when to sit guys. Knowing the matchups that could take place. Getting players to trust you and show up day to day.

Most of you just flip on the TV and say "yep that's the managers job just sitting there watching like the rest of us". You would think Ken Griffey Jr of all people would know it's more than that. Guess not....
