Lost gains, feeling demotivated (srs)
Recently had a bout of food poisoning which resulted in repeated bouts of projectile vomiting and barely eating anything for 3 days
Been 2 weeks since I lifted and diet has been inconsistent at best. Lost size
Chit like this seems to keep happening. Food poisoning, flu, covid, injuries, 1 month holiday, etc.
It’s starting to make me lose interest in lifting, because I never make progress. I’m always just “trying to get back to where I was”. Always have to reduce weight and get brutally sore for the next 3 days.
Don’t know what I’m expecting to hear, probably more of a vent than anything. Used to love lifting so much, but I’m so goddamn tired of these setbacks
