Told some of the mechanical contractors how to do their job today on site

Was inspecting their work and noticed discrepancies between drawings and how the work was actually done

Some pumps weren't installed correctly, valves etc. installed the wrong way

Had to bring it up to the foreman that they need to get their chit together and stop wasting time

I see why some of you went into the trades and not STEM

You must be working with some poverty a$$ Mechanical Contractors if they fkd it off like that...Any Mech. Contractor that actually wants to make money on a project these days will have these jobs coordinated , shop drawings submitted to be approved by Architects / Engineer's , and pre fabricate 99% of the final product and send it out in such a manor that high end Chimp's can piece it together... A-->B-->C etc. etc...

You should try working with site contractors. They won't even have a set of plans on site.
