Misc runners, how fast can you run 400 meters?

Clocked in at 1:30 but had to pace myself as I was running 4x400m

I could run it a little over 50 seconds in high school. I was recruited for track in college. Used to be fast and could run a 4.4 40 in college football. But no way I could come close to that now lol

Fastest I ever ran it was 59 seconds and it was everything I could muster to do that. This was after a lot of practice too.

Would probably be like 1-1:05 atm I would guess.
