Anyone recommend a herbal tea? Srs

My coffee consumption needs reigning in, would rather drink something hot that has health benefits and doesn’t stain teeth

1. coffee is healthy and has antioxidants.
2. tea stains teeth as much as coffee if not moreso.
3. stop trying to optimize what doesn't need to be optimized. focus on important things like eliminating sugar/HFCS and processed foods.

as someone with an uncontrollable coffee addiction, I recommend a nice Jasmine green tea alternative.

Black tea has the highest caffeine content. Just not as high as coffee.

Any Organic Ginger or green tea is good.

Black tea will help you get over the caffeine addiction.

Company four sigmatic makes half caffeine mushroom coffees that taste same.
