dont like the Recraft but Seiko is the best starter watch to get into if you want quality imo

For 3hunna I’d be looking at seiko all day. Maybe Orient.

If you want to go Swiss you can snatch up some random Certinas and Tissots from eBay for that cheap sometimes. Pretty sure I bought a Certina DS Powermatic for like 200 bucks one day srs
