Rentcel here - it’s officially over

I’ve been eyeing a 2 bedroom townhome because I can’t afford a single family home on a single income. It’s a new development that is selling new builds. For a simple 2 bedroom attached townhome, I thought the price would be more affordable.

Today I saw that the price is listed at $700K. Coupled with the high interest rate makes this price even harder to swallow. It’s been over for us rentcels.

if $700k is the going rate for a new build 2br, i highly suggest moving.
