Rap3 is more nuanced. e.g. situation where the woman claims she was too drunk to consent, he said she said kind of thing. But clear cut cases of rap3 (guess you could call it violent rap3): hanging.

Why did you leave out male rape which is far more violent and far more prevalent and often ridiculed? The opposite is the case with female rape where it is very rare and the vast majority are false accusations, regret, or mental illness. You make feminists are a funny bunch.

Any type of violent crime should be dealt harshly and quickly. Let’s be the change we want to see in the world.

Rape/sexual assault is a tough one because there are far too many cases of women claiming things that aren't true. So if there is only circumstantial evidence and no witness to corroborate things or other items that would help convict them, then no.

A good example lately is Trevor Bauer getting accused of raping a woman when it was clear that he was just into BDSM and there was all sorts of evidence that she was okay with it, but he might have gone a bit too far. No way to tell if it was rape, but it was pretty clear that sex was invited.

People assaulting kids absolutely, especially child rapists. But in my opinion the death penalty is too easy. Make them suffer for a while like the kid will suffer through a lifetime of PTSD. Hobbling them, maybe cutting off hands one at a time, removing genitals, etc is a good start but keep them alive to suffer.

Yes, but only for cases where it can be proven beyond any doubt whatsoever, and especially in violent cases. That should act as a decent deterrent in the first place.
