Online discussion forums are useless

Usually when someone inquires about something 90% posts would be guilt trips or replies related to anything other than the question. Most replies are summarized as:

''Why''
''You don't need to do that, do *something you don't care about*''

Bitch, I ask a specific question, give me an answer on it. I swear we suck as a society because we cannot comprehend working as simple as while as well not wasting our and other people's time.
