Days feel so MUCH better when you don't drink

It's an lol life when you wake up every day feeling like crap or go through the day putting one back.

Drinking is a fools game..

Those of you who like it though and donits responsible though more power to you.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a game, some people do it occassionaly though.

But there are people like me who like to do it regularly not necessarily an alcoholic.

Yeah sure sometimes it can make us feel sick, like especially the aftermath of drinking or the next day, but that depends on what we drink, how much we drink, how fast or slow we drink....whether we eat and drink lots of water after the drinking...even better option is to sleep a plenty after done drinking....

Everything about drinking responsibily and with right direction comes with time and experience...that is why over time I only preferred drinking lots of beer instead of hard liquor like whiskey or vodka...

Spend a week smoking and drinking after work.

Or spend a week lifting, eating well and sleeping after work.

Repeat for 5 years. Huge difference.
