Stop drinking for 1 month and see how you feel. Sometimes if you get to deep into alcohol, your body becomes dependent.

From my own personal opinion as a alcoholic, we stay hung over even when we don’t drink, it get worse on the weekends for what ever reason. The only thing you can do is stay dry until it goes away.

"Naltrexone, sold under the brand names Revia and Vivitrol among others, is a medication primarily used to manage alcohol use or opioid use disorder by reducing cravings and feelings of euphoria associated with substance use disorder."

I heard they're looking into Ozempic for reducing alcohol cravings as well..

Get the DTs? Those are the best. Stand to go piss, never mind, gonna just fall onto the floor and take another nap.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Ah, not the same, shakes so bad you legit can't stand; good times, just the body's way of telling you to drink more!

It'll eventually pass as your neurochemistry once again becomes homeostasis-maxxed. Just hang in there. Stay amply hydrated, easily digested nutrient-dense diet, rest, try to distract yourself from the physiological symptoms and psychological cravings, go take a daily walk, go to a local coffee shop, visit a record store, play engrossing video games, watch movies/shows you like, talk to a friend, call your parents, speak with a counsellor, go on a drive through the mountains, take a small trip, take a bath, etc. Just keep yourself busy. Remember, idle hands are the devil's playthings.

Hang in there, Billy Crystal brah.
