Anyone else have a few occasions where Google ads seemed to read mind?

Couple of occasions where I would think about something that I never think about, never searched and boom an ad pops up shortly after regarding it. How ?

People can be categorized and it is remarkable how alike people within each category can be. So basically, if google knows your age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, city, religion, politics, income and one of your hobbies then google can basically read your mind with 90% accuracy.

Google knows what you're about to think because google knows a hundred people just like you just had that idea.
