Should the Right support the Establishment since it's united in support of Israel?

Should we just forget about the Establishment's crimes and corruption, and move forward without any criticism over motives or intent regarding Israel and their "intelligence blunder"?

Should we forget that Ukraine came at the heels of a dying COVID propaganda, and that Israel came at the heels of dying Ukraine propaganda?
