Is homosexuality a choice?

In the bible we have the story of sodom and gomorrah, twin cities that were destroyed by God due to the amount of homosexuality that went on.

These days homosexualitry is still a rare phenomenon - although people are reporting that the % is increasing.

so going off of the Word of God, could we conclude that homosexuality is a possibility AND a choice?

a couple of kids i grew up with looking back were always gay. im talking like 7 years old, the mannerisms, the way they'd walk, the flamboyancy, etc

Once you live long enough, you notice that the story always changes back and forth (like the Dept of Truth in 1984).

It was a choice (don't hate them its their choice, then nature so you can't blame them they were born that way, and now its a choice again? with all the fluid binary crap).

I'm talking about the Word of God here, and in the Word of God, we find examples of city states (Sodom and Gomorrah) that we in such a state that all the men engaged in homosexual acts.

So is it some sort of choice? If not, how did a whole city (sodom) become the way is did, that upon Lot's offering of his daughter, the men instead wanted to 'know' the 2 men who visited Lot.

So that is to say that in this day and age there might be some sodom type conversion going on?

So which exact genes are the exact gay genes? Pretty sure that genes usually have names, etc - looking forward to researching into this.
