Anyone paranoid?

For example, if a guy is standing behind me, I get paranoid they might try to sucker punch me. Or if I’m passing a dude on the street in a quiet area, I get paranoid they might pull a weapon and try to attack or rob me.

I feel like I’m always expecting the worst out of my fellow man. (if I don’t know them) Anyone else like this?
