My neighbor's lab is enormously fat. Do something?

Lab retriever. Well over 75 pounds overweight. At least for a year. The owner is fat also, so maybe he thinks there is nothing wrong.Should I?
Say nothing
Ask if I can walk the dog more
Call animal control

You need to portion control.labs ,they will eat everything you put out

Even if they are full

Half a qt twice a day is what I fed mine ,plus snacks

Sadly ,it's their dog,you have to ignore idiots

It's not grounds for abuse in the laws eyes

Tho it is in the long term
