Sometimes in the morning I wake up with my arm asleep...is it problematic?

Every few weeks ill wake up with my right arm completely asleep and it usually wakes up after a few minutes. Today the same thing happened but my hand is still a little numb and theres a tingling sensation from my forearm to my fingers. Im wondering if I slept on it the wrong way or if theres any other underlying issues?

My arms fall asleep every night. Seems pretty normal brah, especially if you sleep on your sides. Having a soft mattress helps me a lot. Hard mattresses make it a lot worse.

Once my arm fell completely asleep. I had no feeling or movement in that arm. For some reason I picked it up with my other arm and dropped my sleeping arm directly onto my face while I was still asleep. Scared the chit out of myself, thought somebody tried to grab me lol

That's a little weird. I'd suggest getting your blood pressure checked and heading to a doctor if it persists.

I have a similar issue with blood flow. My doctor told me not to be concerned about it, but I think it might be caused by the blood pressure medication I've been taking.
