Canned salmon you can eat three times a week because it is a younger fish and didn’t absorb as much mercury, but tuna lives longer and absorbs more mercury so you should only eat it once a week
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

From what I remember on the studies, it depends on your weight, the heavier you are, the more you could eat without repercussion, with that said, I think 3 cans (of 120 g net) a week is the wise move.

This. I'll often eat tuna daily, sometimes 2 or 3 cans a day. Not dead yet. Never felt any symptoms of mercury poisoning, not really looked into these so I don't know what they are but I assume there'd be some sort of warning before you die.

I used to eat about 15 cans of tuna a week for a couple of years.

As you can see, I have become a wildly successful miscer as a result of such. So, by all means, eat up, Opie!

Only once a week?? Fuark, I eat canned tuna for lunch at least 3x per week. It’s convenient, high protein and delicious. Mercury is that srs?

But the FDA says mercury is mostly safe. They still put mercury in flu vaccines and chit.
