I've made it a few times and changed it up a bit. This is what I did tonight and I like it better compared to the first time I made it. It's so good!

1 ½ 2 lbs ground beef (brown on stovetop and throw in crockpot)
6-7 peeled and cut potatoes (I used yellow but use what you like)
2 cups chicken broth
1 can of coconut milk (13.5 oz)
4 oz cream cheese
8 oz of sour cream
3 tablespoons of butter
Seasonings (I don’t measure)
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Onion powder
Basil
Parsley
2 cups shredded cheese your preference (I used a shredded mexican blend. Throw in last hour of cooking)
1 small package pre cooked diced/sliced bacon (Throw in last hour of cooking)

Cook on high for 3 hrs and finish for 1 hr on low

If you're trying to bulk this would be perfect because I'm pretty sure it's fattening af.

And no I don't know the macros lol...

Me too and it's pretty much what I make all fall and winter months. If it doesn't have enough protein I just add something on the side.
