Does a Waka Wakanda exist

Is there any town or city or country run by people of sub-saharan decent that is mostly peaceful and economically successful without outside aid?

Not since the Kingdom of Mali under Musa, the gold king of the 13th century. Ancient Egypt 2000 B.C+, would've also been a great Kingdom. Its been a rough ride ever since.

Ancient Egypt was whiter than current Egypt. The Egyptians looked the same as Greeks and Italians back then. It wasn't until the Muslims took over and embraced the black slave trade that the skin tone went darker.
