I keep a few cartons of eggs in the fridge, but I don't really hard boil anymore unless it's for a specific recipe.


I make fresh omelettes every morning from 4-5 eggs. A good proteinaceous breakfast. Fuk cooking hard boiled eggs in the microwave again, because those bitches are fickle. Never know when they're going to explode in your microwave and send egg bits flying everywhere.


Ever try cleaning that chit up? No thanks. Omelette for me.
