Which one are you lifting for?

number 4 is my ideal. The others are too bulky. I'm not very tall and couldn;t pull off the bluky look.

I can probably do 3-4 if I diet hard enough and tank my test production. 8 is easier and healthier tbh

I've been 3, been close to 4 besides arm size, and I've been 7.

Currently I'm a 3 and would like to get back to a 4.

Obviously not quite as fooking ripped as these charts though.
