Costco return policy is top notch

PSA: Returned a 8 year old leather sectional over the weekend. Got a full refund for $2500.

He must have abused it religiously to get banned from Costco. The staff didn't give me sht at all, they took the return with a smile.

It's one of the main reasons I love Costco.


That and they only want small profit margins on things. Costco sells quality items that are probably twice as good as alternatives all while being cheaper than alternatives, most of the time.

Probably the best place to buy things, period.
