F*ck them. Entire dresser is cracked and chipped to hell and I submitted for a refund. I have no problem if they want to come get it but I'm not boxing up sh*t for them.

Anyone ever dealt with this before? Did you box this sh*t up for them or say nah?

Yup. Found out myself a few months ago. Also, they my order to California instead of Canada. Took weeks to get a replacement. I'm never ordering from them again.

They're not even a good price.

I just ordered some parts for my car so a friend replace all of the brake pads and rotors. The Website said, "This will fit your car", so I ordered the parts.

I received the parts, and all of them were the wrong size. It was like 90 pounds worth of parts, and I called to set up the return. They told me that I needed to measure my brakes and make sure they were correct, so I would have to pay for the items to be shipped back. Ended up costing me $150 to ship all of the stuff back.

Although I've ordered parts in the past that worked out great, I decided at that point that I'm never buying anything heavy over the internet again. At the very least, I'll only order from an online retailer that has local stores so I can at least return it without paying some ridiculous amount of money.

Smash it into pieces then put it in a bin bag and stick the return label on srs, beef it up a bit with parcel tape.
