I love on top of the 250k premium, they only charged $2,500 for nitrogen and green valve caps. Great guys.

Mass produced car for one off car money.

Sometimes I think there must be some generally stupid people who are making too much money seeking validation because I mean, an intelligent person will see this for what it is, a Dodge mass produced car with extra trim but at the end of the day it's still just a Dodge Challenger just like Dwaytavious weaves trough traffic at 100mph.

Car culture has gone from dudes building and modifying their own cars to paint-by-numbers for rich dudes.

20 years ago, "checkbook hot rodder" was an insult. Now 95% of cars at any cars and coffee event are bone stock "rare" cars owned by MOGGERS.

They technically own it but it's not really theirs. They wouldn't even be able to change a tire if it had a flat.

Most of them can't drive them.

They would get schooled by Hector in his spoon powered civic with garrett turbos.

Kneeling at the altar of horsepower is the growling 1025-hp Dodge SRT Challenger Demon 170—a machine built by blood and iron in Ontario, Canada. The street-legal drag-strip special looks a lot like the previous Demon (limited to a one-year run for 2018), but this time Dodge's development team has completed all the necessary rituals to summon a four-digit horsepower figure from the pinnacle of the brand’s iconic Hellcat V-8. The steroidal supercharged 6.2-liter needs E85 gasoline to make full power, and that 170-proof ethanol fuel mixture inspires its namesake.

The Demon 170 rolls on Mickey Thompson ET Street R tires, size 245/55R-18 in front and a gigantic 315/50R-17 out back. Dodge claims it eked out a quarter-mile time of 8.61 seconds at 151 mph but needed a prepped surface to do it. Same for its 60-mph claim of 1.66 seconds. We haven't yet tested the new Demon 170 (and we may never get the chance to), but we'll update this space if we do.

Seems a bit absurd to pay that kind of money just to run with a 15k bone stock hayabusa.

I would intentionally instigate a race with people in these cars just to see them lose control and crash into a telephone pole.

Literally no one has run the advertised times.

It's one of the worst cars on the planet that has been marketed to low IQs.

Horrific handling, inability to put down power and excessive weight.

Regular Challengers/Scats and stuff are cool cars and super comfy for daily drivers but hellcats/redeyes/demons are retarded.
