some brocolli top asked me for a spot today and I refused

some kid came upto me today and asked me for a spot. I saw he was wearing gymshark (i can live with that) and had crocs on

I responded with "Ill spot you when you buy some real gym shoes" and I put my headphones back on while wearing my GASP 4xl oversized shirt and otomix shoes than took a sip out of my 1 gallon jug

yeah I felt hardcore

I remember one asked me for a spot, he had 30lbs on the bar, and no I'm not making this up. He got like five reps, and he was doing the leg shake. He had to be 19-20 years old.

I dont mind spotting people but if you show up wearing phuckin crocs it just shows me you arent serious about being a gym goer

another dude who follows me around and asks me a million questions while I work out asked me for a spot while he was squatting and i said no lol I was like "man there are safety bars for a reason, spotting another dude squatting is gay as hell" he than turned red in the face, went to his gym bag and wore shades the rest of his workout. weird

i dont judge people for how much they lift cause everyone has to start somewhere but when you spend 95% of your workout on the phone and wear crocs it shows youre not serious
