Question about abortion bans for nazis

So we know the availability of abortion is being strongly restricted in many states. Going forward, you also know that blacks are less likely to have the resources to travel across states, while whites are more likely to have them. So, long term, do you think this will help or harm your demographic goals? Think about what is going to happen.
