A guidance counselor from Pennsylvania has been charged with institutional sexual assault after she allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student at the school where she works.
Kelly Schutte, 35, who is married with a child, was arraigned early on Friday on additional charges including indecent assault and corruption of minors. She was released on $25,000 bail.
Investigators first learned of Schutte alleged relationship at Pennridge South Middle School in Bucks County in July.
Police were informed of the woman's actions by the boy's mother after who called police to say he had been in a 'romantic and sexual relationship' with Schutte since fall 2022.
Kelly Schutte, 35, who is married with a child, was arraigned early on Friday on additional charges including indecent assault and corruption of minors. She was released on $25,000 bail.

The teenage boy explained how the relationship began as the pair sat next to one another on a school bus during a class field trip.
From there, the pair started corresponding with one another as they sent messages on Canvas, a special app staff use to talk to students.
Eventually the boy started to miss classes with him spending more time with her in her school office, according to court papers seen by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
When the summer break started, the pair remained in contact, this time through Snapchat.
The affidavit reveals how the pair's relationship became physical in June with the two having sex in Schutte's car in a remote section of a Pennsburg supermarket parking lot.
From there, the pair started corresponding with one another as they sent messages on Canvas, a special app staff use to talk to students.

We all hate the double standard, but in reality she these women are doing these boys a favor.
Being a teenage boy a lot of your energy and sense of self worth was based on getting girls to like you. If you are in 9th grade and banging the hot teacher, it's probably a huge boost to your self esteem. No boy is going to grow up thinking..."oh no, I was abused" and be mentally scarred for life.
I mean, these woman should get punished same as a man becasue we have to be equal under the law; but in the real world, a man's value increases the more women he has sex with.

I have told about how I was hit on at 14/15 by a lot of older women. I was a good kid, so I just politely and a little embarrassingly shrugged it off.
