For back, make sure your cover both thickness and width with your exercises. So pulling=width, rowing=thickness. Definitely weighted chins if you can do those.

Biceps, make sure you do exercises to hit both heads and peak. Barbell curls with good form, preacher curls, spider curls (use the backside of preacher bench, amazing exercise), concentration curls are great for peak. Make sure to mix up your variety of curls, too.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

So weighted chins.

Chins 3 x 4-8
Shrug 2 x 12
Curl 2 x 12

Repeat 3-5 days later. Can replace chins with row second day and shrugs with something else like pullovers.

This kunt lmfao

There are people out there with massively wide lats who do fuk all vertical pulling exercises. There is no width vs thickness training, you activate the muscle group or you don't

Biceps peak is genetic determined by your muscle insertions and the muscle belly - you cannot separate the two heads of the biceps - again, the whole muscle group activates

You are a fuking spastic

So much bullchit about trust the science when it's clearly wrong relating virus origins and vaccines - and now it's trust the broscience

OP:
Yates Rows
Pull Ups

That will build a significant base, Yates Rows will activate biceps much better than any other pulling movement with arguably a better ROM - I've found they are far better if you tend to get elbow tendinitis - and pull ups are great for overall upper body strength and development, in particular the shoulder girdle.

Take care of your shoulders
