Really not that hard man. I was memorizing 500 flashcards a day in grad school for anesthesia and my exams were all fill in the blank. That's a JOKE in comparison to medical education.

I always thought restaurants, bars, etc. all had a system where servers enter orders into a computer and that info gets sent to the kitchen. But I guess that's too complicated. The "Put a packet of apple butter upside-down with a couple shreds of potato to indicate cinnamon toast with the dressing on the side"
