I'm Almost A KinoWarrior (Srs)

Kinobody says if I can do weighted pulls with 60% off my bodyweight for 5 reps I'm a kino elite warrior

I just did 100lbs for 3 reps at 174lbs on my final set, did 90lb for reps prior to that. Might start with 100lbs next week
