Crazy how weight gain happens out of nowhere.

125lbs - During HS. Was called a twig by all my peers. Sloots mirin

150lbs - Still a skinny twink but started lifting and had good definition.

180lbs - Felt thicc and strong. Face starting to get puffy.

200lbs - Was drinking everyday and stopped lifting. Felt groce.

215lbs - Just woke up to 215lbs. Started back in the gym the past 4 months and gained 15lbs lmfao.

My identity will always be of a skinny person. Maybe this is how fatties cope. By reminiscing of the past.

It's because it usually happens during the holiays every year. Then you put on 5 pounds one year, then like 7 the next. It happens very slowly so you don't really notice it.

And to be honest, it's not like you lose friends over it. So all of a sudden after like 5 years you're 25 pounds heavier and little motivation or drive to get rid of it.
