Francis Ngannou proves size is the only thing that matters in a fight.

I've rewatched his fight with Fury and his MMA fights.

He's extremely slow on his feet, his gas tank is quite bad and he needs to take a breather after every bit of activity. He doesn't move his head and his defence is quite poor.

In terms of skill there's not much to him, sure he has some OK combinations and his counter punching ability is decent. But these are hardly rare attributes in combat sport.

But what nobody has an answer to is 271lbs of Africanulese strength.

He's just this massive, solid lump who you can't hurt, you can't move, you can't feint because he doesn't care if he gets hit because he won't feel anything, you can't grapple with him and if he hits you it feels like getting hit by 271lbs of solid muscle.

Francis is the first of the next generation of heavyweights, give it a few years and all top fighters will be 300lb Africans chiseled from stone, and at the lower weights it'll be dagestanis.

I want to start a career finding 300lb Africans in the salt mines, teaching them how to throw a jab and then watch them crush all the soft pampered western fighters

His cardio has improved drasically...The fact that he didn't keel over after 6 rounds with Fury proves that, EPO or not.

Congo, Cameroon, Senegal, Liberia, etc

There really is something genetic going in over there, God put all their stat points into strength and penor size, and none of it into anything else.

What’s weird is he doesn’t even lift; just does pushups, dips and burpees

Imagine being this jacked, strong and lean without even lifting weights. Fat rippetoe bloatlords be seething right now as they complete another set of fahve on their rippetoe lowbar squat mornings

Yeah he probably got like that with a few pushups and a couple pickup games of basketball per week

Big people get gassed pretty easily in a fight, look at armed combat... Do you think a middle weight wouldn't win against a heavy weight fighting on high altitudes?

What kind of scenario is this?

If they’re both pro fighters the heavy wins because there are weight classes for a reason.

Imagine thinking doing like 500 push ups a day wont get you jacked, of course it will, its just boring (in my opinion)
