Did you guys quit fapping?

Did you guys quit fapping and realise that it was just a waste of your time and actually makes you feel terrible because you aren't getting any?

I did that a year back and the best benefit I have experience is that I don't have a FOMO or a bad feelz when I see a hot girl. It makes me feel indifferent and less depressed then I got to before I make fapping in my routine.

it never made me feel terrible, it makes me feel great. having sex has never influenced me to fap less, if anything the more sex I have the more fapping I do

I don't do it to make the shower better, I do it because I am going to do it anyway and the shower makes it convenient and it's good to use your imagination for it as well as external stimulation. A lot of guys lose that ability as they get older so I make to keep it functional. It's not edging while doing other activities, it's that I prefer to edge than to coom because you still feel great afterward. I enjoy the act of sex and masturbation more than the standard ejaculatory orgasm (the male orgasm and ejaculation are actually two distinct events and do not have to happen simultaneously) so by not cooming I can have more sex and fap more - but again, please tell me what negative I am experiencing by fapping and having sex more often. I am genuinely curious

Fapping is one of the best things you can do for your sexual health so if it is somehow negatively impacting my brain, I'll take that trade.
