Got screwed into working for the white van speaker scam for a day.

Was working for a mason when I was 18 years old and no work during the winter. Saw craigslist ad (lol I know) for an audio installation trainee wanted. Hired me over the phone (lol) and I started work the next day. Went and picked up speakers from a warehouse, then the guy driving started pulling into parking lots waving people down to get them to buy them. Worst part is I saw these fks a year earlier at a 7/11 parking lot and they tried to pull this chit on me (not these specific guys, just the scammers in general). Had no choice but to sit there in the passenger seat for the day, then just never went back.

I’m kind of this way every time I see a tradie. I am a white collar office cuck and I bow my head in shame whenever I walk past the landscapers, electricians or other tradies doing work on our office building. I feel like such an inferior beta piece of chit. They are real men. Office workers are bitch made soft little pussies. I saw a tradie working on our roof a couple weeks ago and felt an overwhelming sense of envy. I wish I could work outside on the rooftops instead of at a windowless cubicle.

Overnight shift supervisor at Wal-Mart; all the responsibility of a manager, for 10 cents more than a shelf stocker, fck that.

He wasn’t a roofer, I think he was running maintenance on the HVAC and/or duct. I work in a commercial office building.

Purchased herb from other employees. Attended parties with other employees. Strongest my social life has ever been. Those days are gone.

I showed rental places for a slumlord company one summer in college. the places were in such bad shape with bugs and mold they would not even let me go in. I'd meet the prospective tenant at the door and open it and let them in. It was pretty depressing to watch people rent those places because it was the best they could do.

Probably working in the Hub ("package handler", hue hue) at UPS.

I've had some other really chitty jobs, but I'd have to give that one the nod I think. Non stop avalanche of boxes, dickhead supervisors who were always criticizing and bitching, expected to NEATLY stack boxes of all different shapes and sizes at warp speed, etc.

Worked as kind of a computer handyman for an engineering company while I was in college. Would have to go in at night once a week to do tape backups. The husband/wife owners were too cheap to buy new computers with hard drives (1989-1990) so all the data was stored on "Bernouli Box" cartridges that held 10MB each and there were 30 or 40 of the things, and it would take me most of the night to finish.

After getting blamed for something I didn't do, I quit by leaving my keys with a not on my boss's desk.

AutoCAD lab in college. Pretty much just had to be there to make sure nobody walked off with the computers and answer the occasional question. Rest of the time do homework or just screw off. Last couple of semesters I was doing contract CAD work and double dipping.
