no multiple different nations have claims on various parts of it though I believe there is some accords in place that limit what can actually be done there, probably limited to scientific research
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

There are accords that say you can't.

However, someone has to care enough to take it back from you.

Correct. Various nations have claimed parts of the continent while 56 others have signed a major treaty to limit their activity on Antarctica to scientific research as you said.

Maybe someday in the distant future it could be developed though. There are a couple civilian settlements on the peninsula operated by Argentina and Chile. There is also the U.S. operated McMurdo Station which houses a population up to 1,200 in the peak summer months.

Antarctica is a bucket list item for me. Maybe unlikely, but I’ve always been fascinated with the far remote settlements on Earth’s coldest extremities.
