work with the rest of the city to develop some civil service that establishes opportunity of people and helps to absolve them of their deficits

attacks the problem and not the person

establish some standard of intelligence (knowledge of existence, wisdom of choices, understanding of scientific reality) that helps to provide functionality for people through healthy logical adaptation; via engagement protocol (policy of engagement); via communications protocol (policy of communication)

knock off the illicit undercover b```s```



you are not permitted to entice people to imminent lawless action; or prey on their desperate hearts with solicitations; or defraud them with false information or hoaxes; or lead them on criminal expeditions

get your f```king a``es off social media and get to work

devise the solution; put an emphasis on the grunt work that's necessary; stop idling your time away on kiddy s``t and criminal s``t instead
