Feels good to be a winner

Feels good mane.

Sun is shining, cool breeze - autumn the GOAT season.
Wifey gazes into my eyes seeing me lift our baby up who giggles at me whenever I do that.
Baby in the 99th percentile for growth (I feel for manlets srs, their kids end up being in 30th percentile, damn).
Work will be fairly calm until Christmas, when we're taking a few weeks off. Heading to Germany to the in-laws, it'll be a blast.
Will pick up yet another investment property by then too. Nice to have renters so grateful for the service I provide as a LandLord.


All in all, a straight up NYC mogger here. But NYC losing its shine as I have said before - too many with nothing to lose.


Anyone else know these feels?
