Why vote for Republicans if they won't shut down the southern border?

Like seriously, Republicans at the federal level are no different than Democrats when it comes to immigration - neither side wants to stop it.

So what exactly is the point of voting for Republicans or Trump if they're more interested in shilling for Israel than shutting down the border?

Every. Dam. Time.

It’s always projection. Always.

The average bought and paid for republican won't do it but there is a better than average chance that Trump will.

if they were serious about this, George W Bush would have done it after 9/11 when anyone could have been a terrorist.
all would have voted for it given the time, and it would have stuck to this day.

Trump has his hands tied, he can't just issue an Executive Order to shut it down because both the Republicans and Democrats would challenge it in court and have it overruled.

The Presidency really doesn't have much power, the real power is in the Senate, and the Senate Republicans have proven that they will never shut down the border.
