You Brahs Mirin Winter Beard and Physique? (pics)(srs)

Been eating more carbs again and packing on fooking weight. Mainly in my belly. This is from last week.

192lbs morning weight. 196lbs 15 min. ago. We coming back boyos. Shooting for 200lbs morning weight.

Beard is at a good place now too. Gonna keep growing it to see what I want to do with it.

Chrome dome brothers where we at? JUST LOL AT HAIRCELS.

It's right at the phase where it is getting a little irritating. I trim the mustache once a week, and I have to wet the beard and put some oil in it in the morning. It's worth it though for upcoming cold weather.

Yea I'm coming back from injury from about 2 years. Have kind of skated by around this look and staying in shape with rucking and calisthenics here and there. Time to barbell max again though.

And yea the avi's keep going in and out of being visible or not. It'll come back.
