Rate My Scam Idea (Srs)

- Paint a road marking on the road. E.g (Bus lane only).
- set up your own camera there
- You send fines to these people in the mail when you obtain their address
- They pay the fine to your account (or whatever fraudulent account you setup)

Obviously you set up the road marking down a road which will trick people. You can also set up a fake hotline too
